Let’s share another Bengali recipe. I found Tengra
fish in the store in very small sizes. I was really very disappointed. But when
I back home I decided to make Spicy

it is full of vitamin C, Vitamin A, Calcium and iron too.

- Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated fishes until they are golden brown in colour and keep aside.
- Now again add some oil to the pan and add black cumin seeds. Now add the chopped onions and keep frying until onion changes colour to slightly golden.
- Add the chopped garlic and ginger paste and mix it properly.
- Add sliced green chili and chopped tomato to it and keep frying until tomato loses raw smell.
- By this time you will be able to see little oil oozing out. At this time add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder with pinch of sugar. Fry it for a minute.
- Once the oil separating from masala adds 1 cup warm water to it and adds fish and put the flame on medium with cover.
- Adjust salt.
- After 7-10 mints open the lid and check for your desired consistency of the gravy.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and sliced green chili to it. With warm rice this curry goes very nice.
